We offer preventive services  to increase the operational reliability of your Hach Lange measurement instruments. You can find out more about our different contract types below:

One-off service
Provides high level performance with no contractual obligation.

Basic service contract
Achieve a high level of operational reliability for your instruments with a regular preventive inspection.

Comfort service contract
Achieve optimum operability for your instruments with regular preventative services and the extended warranty  of up to 5 years.

Service plus contract
It combines our proven on-site services with continuous remote diagnosis of the instrument.

Telemetry / Remote service
Always in touch with the instrument, via event and status messages transmitted by SMS or email, including warning messages before the error occurs.


RTC service
